Green Tea Buds

The leaves on the tea bushes may be free from all the insects and pests that cause problem on estates around the world but rabbits, deer, and pheasants appear to love the tender new leaf buds.

 There is no action taken against these creatures which obviously know a good thing when they taste it since once the bushes reach a certain age, they are more resistant to these animals. 

The estate may no be registered organic but the cultivation methods are and there are plans to be listed as such in the future. More time needs to be spent analyzing the bushes that gives the best leaf and how variations in manufacturing methods affect the quality and flavor. 

Product design, brand image, marketing methods and distribution have also been addressed and planned for....
